Adeline (Dias) Ramos, age 86 of Fall River, passed away Sep. 10, 2011. She was the beloved wife of Manuel Ramos and the daughter of the late Frank and Philomena (Michael) Dias. Prior to retiring, Adeline worked as a Machine Operator in the Garment Mfg. industry; she was a member of the I.L.G.W.U., and a parishioner of St. Michael Church.
Besides her husband of Fall River, Adeline is survived by her children: Donna Hardee & her husband Gregory of Roanoke, VA and Ronald R. Ramos & his wife Roxanne of Swansea, MA; a sister: Beatrice Lindo of Fall River; two grandchildren: Jill Brown and Lisa Yelle & her husband Eric; one great grandson: Zachary Brown; and several nieces & nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Lindo, Evelyn Cabral, Olive DeCambra, Lorraine Greene, & Charlotte Silvia.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on WEDNESDAY here at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 9:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours TUESDAY 4-8 P.M.
