Richard P. Uhlich, 91, of Salem, NH died peacefully, Tues., Aug. 30th at Salemhaven.
Richard was born and educated in New York and had lived in Salem for 13 years. He served in the US Army during WWII. He retired from the State of New York where he worked as a truck driver.
Richard enjoyed woodworking, building furniture, gardening and raising homing pigeons. He was predeceased by his wife Olga (Alvarez) Uhlich.

5 Grandchildren: Lisa Tonar, Jennifer Uhlich, Elliot Uhlich, Ingrid Uhlich and Emma Campbell

Calling hours will be Thursday, Sept. 1st from 4-8 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
The Funeral service will be Fri. at 10AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
