PAXTON-John R. Arnott, 55 of 19 Forestdale Road died Tuesday, February 12th in UMass Memorial Healthcare-Memorial Campus after an illness. He leaves 2 sons, Jamie M. Arnott of Charlton and John R. Arnott of Worcester; a brother, James Arnott of Holliston. Another son Kevin R. Arnott of Charlton died in 1981.
He was born in Worcester the son of Marshall O. and Alberta (Schools) Arnott and lived in Paxton most of his life. He was a graduate of Wachusett High School, and served in the Army during the Vietnam War.
The funeral and burial are private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Massachusetts Veteran’s Shelter, 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605. O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
