Jackson Hunter Amos. 18, of Clarksville, TN died Sunday August 28, 2011. He was born February 8, 1993 in Nashville, TN.
Jackson graduated from Rossview High School and was a student at APSU. He was a member of the Spanish National Honor Society, worked with Hawk Advertising at Rossview High School and was going to be the photographer for the APSU Newspaper. He was a published photographer. While at Rossview High he played soccer and was a member of the Nike Impact Soccer Club. He was a member of Grace Community Church and of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for many years.
Services will be held on Thursday at 4 PM at First Baptist Church Grace Worship Center with Rev. Ron Edmondson and Deacon Dominic Azzara officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2 to 7 PM at the funeral home and Thursday from 1 PM until the hour of the service at the church.
Survivors include his father, Jim Amos (Theresa Muckleroy), Clarksville; mother, Jane Lezon Crocker (Tim), Cedar Hill, TN; brother, Ryan Amos, Cookeville, TN; sister, Haley Amos, Clarksville; paternal grandparents, Jim and JoNell Amos and Dennis and Sue Flannigan; and maternal grandmother, Margaret English Lezon.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Lezon, Sr.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Amos, Anthony Manker, Nick Roberts, Ed An, Trey Norman, Jordon Hadley, Blake Roberts, Wade Spann, Jake Christman, Marcus Miller, and Josh Carrier.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Rossview Soccer Team.
