Betty Reiter died August 25, 2011 in Clarksville, TN at the age of 93. She was born February 8, 1918 in Pittsburg, PA daughter of the late Craig Mitchell Gault, Sr. and Jessie Margaret Brown Gault. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harold E. Reiter.
Survivors include sons, Scott (Janet) of Herndon, VA and Stuart (Shelia) of Clarksville; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She raised her family in Allison Park, PA, moved to Venice, FL in 1981 and to Uffleman Estates in Clarksville in 2002.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel at 2 PM with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 PM and continue until the hour of the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4205 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 216, Nashville, TN 37215.
