Survived by wife Ann (nee Martinson); children Rick Fallon and Vicki Watters (Joe); granddaughters Alissa and Amanda Watters; sister Mary Lee Nielsen 9Brice); sister and brother-in-law and six nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Roy and Leona. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, August 16, at 11:00 AM at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 1725 Kennard Street at Larpentuer, Maplewood. Private interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday 5-8:00 PM at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 East 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the Mass at church on Tuesday. Memorials preferred to donor’s choice. Jim will be greatly missed by many friends and family.
