Steven G. King, 49, of Fall River died Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston after a long illness. He was the husband of Karen A. (Denault) King.
Raised in Dartmouth, he was the son of Martin E. and Elizabeth A. King of Dartmouth. He worked for the Dartmouth School Department. Mr. King attended Calvary Bible Church, Westport. An avid outdoorsman and gardener, he was also a loyal Red Sox fan.
Including his wife and parents, survivors include 2 brothers: Matthew King of Sutton, MA and Paul King of Shrewsbury, MA; a sister: Louise Kristo of Shrewsbury, MA; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, August 15, 2011 at Calvary Bible Church, 1100 State Rd., Westport, MA at 1:00 P.M.
