Janie Buck Walton
Martinez, GA – Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 6, 2011, Janie Buck Walton, 76, wife of 56 years to Paul A. Walton.
Mrs. Walton was a graduate of the Academy of Richmond County. She worked at JB Whites Department store as a sales clerk in the linen department. Mrs. Walton volunteered at Humana Hospital. Her main love was the role she played as mother and housewife. Mrs. Walton attended New Hope Church of God.
Family members in addition to her husband include sons: Gary A. Walton (Tonya), Paul E. Walton (Cricket) and Mark C. Walton, daughter: Wendy J. Walton.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at Thomas Poteet and Son Funeral Directors.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. at Westview Cemetery with Dr. Rich Bowen officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
