Harold L. Embry, 74, "THE BEST DADDY IN THE WORLD", passed away Sunday,
August 7, 2011.
He was born in Caneyville, Ky. to Elzie and Lennie (Brown) Embry.
He retired after 30 years service at Brown & Williamson Tobacco and several years at Anderson Wood Products. He was a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Anna Louise (Rogers) Embry; his children Pamela Miller (William), Linda Morris (Justin), and Harold W. Embry (Edina). Four Grandchildren: Jennifer Hayes (Thomas), Brandon, Scott Lloyd, and Amber Embry.
1 Great Grandson: Jordan Hayes; 1 Brother: David Embry (Norma) and 3 Sisters: Jean Patterson, Freda Pharris, and Betty Lou Wilson.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday 2 - 9 PM.
