Father of Tammy Lyden of Fitchburg, Jason Crowley of NH, and the late Kimberly Cummings of North Attleboro. Also survived by 3 grandchildren. Brother of Joseph Zebrak of FL, David Zebrak of Boston, and Susan Zebrak of Roslindale.
