Mary Alice Hanley Krueckeberg, 86, of Clarksville, TN died Thursday July 28, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center.
She was born February 26, 1925 in Clarksville daughter of the late W.A. Hanley and Mary Alice Ellarson Hanley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Krueckeberg, Sr; five brothers, Lester Hanley, Carl Hanley, J.D. Hanley, Charles Hanley, and Tim Hanley; and a sister Sarah Nussbaumer.
Mary was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and she was retired from the Clarksville Gas and Water Department.
Survivors include a son, Bob Krueckeberg (Carol), Cumberland Furnace, TN; a daughter, Jeannie Hillier (Gary), Clarksville; three grandchildren, Paul Krueckeberg (Becky), Abby Murphy, and Lane Hillier; and one great-granddaughter, Eleanor Krueckeberg,
Services will be Sunday July 31, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church with Rev. Larry Peters officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2 to 5 PM at the funeral home and on Sunday from 1:30 PM until the hour of the service at the church.
Pallbearers will be Paul Krueckeberg, Lane Hillier, Dan Hanley, Pat Hanley, Norm Krueckeberg, and Terry Bultemeier. Honorary pallbearers will be Chip Murphy, Wayne Shelton, and Jerome Sims.
