Shannon Fagan Burke Agee
Augusta, GA – Shannon Fagan Burke Agee, 43, entered into rest Saturday, July 23, 2011.
Shannon was born in Charleston, SC and resided in Augusta all of her life. She was a 1985 graduate of Aquinas High School and licensed cosmetologist. Shannon was a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church.
Family members include her sons: Benjamin and Burke Agee of Augusta; her parents: Retta and Jack Burke of Augusta; her biological mother, Jan H. Jonsson of Virginia; brother, Sean Kearns Burke and wife Kristi of Augusta; niece, Kitty Burke; nephew, Mickey Burke; and special friends: Bootsie Dorr and Joan Howard.
A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary on- the-Hill with Rev. Gerald Ragan celebrant. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be John Nechtman, Wyatt Nechtman, Jamie Dansby, Bray Dansby, Joseph Byrd, and Bradley White.
