WORCESTER-Edwin Ramos, 61, of Worcester died Monday, July 18th in UMass Memorial Medical Center, Memorial Campus. He leaves his wife of 43 years, Monica (Tejada) Ramos; two sons, Rafaela Gonzalez of Dorchester and Edwin Ramos of Arlington, VA; two daughters, Jacqueline Ramos of Jamaica, NY and Julissa Ramos of Cambria Heights, NY; 13 grandchildren; 6 brothers; 7 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
He was born in Mayaquez, Puerto Rico the son of Enrique and Hermina (Perez) Ramos. He was a member of Iglesia Cristiana Pentecostal.
The funeral is Friday, July 22nd with a service at 10:00 A.M. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, July 21st from 3:00 until 6:00 PM in the funeral home.
