Robert "Bob" Edward Ellis, Jr , age 60, of Adams, TN, died Sunday July 17, 2011 at his residence.
Bob was born June 24, 1951 in Nashville, TN. He was a member of Sango United Methodist Church and was a devoted husband and father. He was employed at Wyatt-Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Edward Ellis, Sr. Survivors include his mother, Yvonne Butler Ellis, Molino, FL; wife, Theresa Ellis and son, Samuel "Sam" Ellis, Adams, TN; brother, William "Bill" C. Ellis, Mt. Juliet, TN; and a sister Rebecca "Becky" Wiggins, Molino, FL.
Funeral services will be held Thursday July 21, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Sango United Methodist Church with Rev. Andrew Stowell and Rev. Don Sensing officiating. Burial will be in Sango Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Young, Michael Young, Paul Young, Jody Ballard, Albrty Walden, Jr. and Bill Ellis. Honorary pallbearers will be the family of co-workers at Wyatt Johnson.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and on Thursday from 12 pm until the hour of the service at the church.
