ROCKINGHAM: Mr. Richard Walter Roberts, 49, died Sunday, July 3, 2011 in FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital.
Services will be private.
Richard was born in Irving, Texas, on April 28, 1962 to the late George and Betty Roberts. He had been disabled since being involved in the Imperial Foods fire.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Roberts of Rockingham; two sons, Richard Roberts of Coeur-d'alene, Idaho, and Zackery Roberts of Rockingham; a daughter, Brandie Roberts of Rockingham; a sister, Barbara Steele of Dallas, TX; and a grandaughter.
