Obituary

Sister Suzette Tanguay, PM, 59, of the Sisters of Presentation of Mary died at Catholic Medical Center, July 2, 2011.
She was born in Manchester, October 19, 1951 to Ernest J. and Marie-Claire (Bedard) Tanguay.
She entered the Order of the Sisters of Presentation of Mary in Hudson, NH, in 1972 and made her First Profession in 1974 and Final Profession in 1979.
Sr. Suzette received her BA in Elementary Education from Rivier College, in Nashua NH.
She was a dynamic educator, serving as a teacher in NH and in the RI Catholic Schools.
She served as principle of the Presentation of Mary in Hudson, NH.
In 1998 she was appointed Director of Formation, a position she held until June 2010. As an administrator she also held the positions of Spiritual Animator and Provincial Councilor.
Sr. Suzette will be remembered as a dedicated, caring and joyful person.
Family members include her mother, of Manchester; a sister, Judy Chase, of ME; a brother Ernest "Buddy" Tanguay, of Manchester; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at Resurrection Chapel, at Ste. Marie Residence, 495 Mammoth Rd.
Burial was in the Presentation of Mary Cemetery, in Hudson.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary "Retirement Fund at St. Joseph Residence 494 Mammoth Rd., Manchester NH 03103.
