Thornbury, Nancy S. 64 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday June 29, 2011 at
Baptist Hospital East. Born in Louisville she was the former Nancy Shelton, a retired
Bookkeeper from Euler Hermes Commercial Collection; a member of Community Church of Christ;
Jeffersontown Moose Lodge # 1100, Auxiliary Member of the Fraternal order of the Eagle #3903; and Auxiliary member
Of the American Legion Post # 244.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years Thomas Thornbury, daughter Leigh Anne VanHoose; three half-brothers and three Grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service will be 10 am Saturday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd.. Burial will be at
Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2-6 pm at the Funeral Home.
