Evan Michael Terry, 29 days old, of Derry died Friday February 6, 2004 at his home. Evan was born on January 7, 2004 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry. He is the son of Christopher J and Amy M. (Panas) Terry of Derry. Evan is also survived by his paternal grandfather, Francis H. Terry of Gilbert, AZ, his paternal grandmother, Catherine B. Terry of Sandown, his maternal grandfather, James W. Panas of Derry, his maternal grandmother, Denise M. Panas of Derry, his step grandfather, Gerry L. Boulanger of Derry, his maternal great grandfather, William Panas of Londonderry, also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday February 10th at 1:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Contributions in Evan’s memory may be made to the American SIDS Institute, 2480 Windy Hill Rd., Suite 380, Marietta, GA 30067.
