ARNOLD, CAROLYN ATKINS, 62, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie and Jessie Garrett.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth L. Atkins, Stacey Alvis and Danielle Warner; brother, Calvin Garrett; sisters, Norma J. Carter, Phyllis Sherrard and Levada Madsen; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Her service will be 11a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
