FISK - Steven Harold Fisk, 70, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011 as a result of a lengthy illness. He was born November 20, 1940 in Charleston, SC and moved to Jacksonville, FL from Yulee, FL 12 years ago. He is survived by two daughters, Melody Lewis (Chuck) of Middleburg, FL and Marsha Dunn (Jerry) of Waycross, GA; a sister, Geraldine Slavorski of Sumpter, SC; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
