Josephine S. Jordan, 95 of Louisville passed away Wednesday June 22, 2011 at The Sam Swope Care Center.
Born in Louisville she was the former Josephine Walter, retired from Brown and Williamson Co.
She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church and The Red Hat Club.
Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Franklin Price Jordan. She is survived by her children John F. Jordan (Nancy),
Patricia “Pat” Weaver (Bob), Franklin “Frank” P. Jordan Jr., and Deborah “Debbie” S. Payne(Jim). Thirteen Grandchildren and
Twenty Seven Great Grandchildren, Three Great Great Grandchildren.
Her Funeral Service will be 10 am Saturday June 25, 2011 at
Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd.
Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8 pm at the Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Sam Swope Care Center or The Masonic Home of Louisville.
