FLORIDIA, Carolyn (Hubbard) of Marlborough formerly of Wayland died on June 16, 2011 at the age of 78. She was the youngest of three children. Carolyn was born in Weston, MA on May 21, 1933. She leaves behind a sister, Janette Hancock of Natick and a brother Paul Gebhardt of Concord, NC. Carolyn was the beloved mother of Stephen M. Floridia of Wayland, Susan E. Francis of Norton, Deborah A. Tibbetts of Brevard, NC, Nancy E. Floridia of Natick and Mark A. Floridia of Marlborough. Grandmother of Emily A. Francis of Norton. Prior to her marriage, Carolyn worked as an Executive Secretary and an Administrator. After her marriage, Carolyn devoted her energy to creating a home for her family including her five children. Her family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to her funeral service at 11:00 at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Rd (Off Rte 30), Wayland. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Wayland.
