Obituary

Auburn- Albert G. Ermanski, 74, of 5 Sherwood Rd., died Tuesday, Feb. 3, in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.

He leaves his wife of 45 years, Brenda D. (Ferguson) Ermanski; two sons, Robert A. Ermanski of Auburn and Thomas A. Ermanski of Sterling; a sister, Sally Sundy of Auburn; nephews and nieces; and his pet cat Freddy. He was born in Worcester, son of Walter and Mary Ann (Nicewicz) Ermanski, and lived here many years. He graduated from Worcester Boys Trade School, where he specialized in drafting. He then graduated from Worcester Junior College with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Mr. Ermanski was a senior development engineer at Wright Line Company for 11 years, retiring in 1987. He previously worked at several other companies.

He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, Worcester.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

The funeral will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., Worcester, with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St., Worcester. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary's School, 50 Richland St., Worcester, MA 01610.
