Barbara Ann Fontaine, 71, of Sebastian, FL, passed away on Friday March 18, 2011 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL. Barbara worked for Balfour Jewelers as a jeweler and manufacturer and at River Estates as a housekeeper. She was a resident of Cumberland before moving to Sebastian 21 years ago. She volunteered at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 50 years, Albert Fontaine, of Sebastian, FL, a daughter Diane Fontaine of Sebastian , FL a son David Fontaine of Harrisville, RI, three grandchildren Amanda, Daniel, and Stephen, and two brothers Raymond Choquet of Sebastian, FL, and Thomas Choquet of Vero Beach, FL. She was also the sister of the late Esther Kaplan, Arthur, Edward, William, James, and Joseph Choquet.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday June 18, 2011 at 10:00 AM in St. Mary's Church, Pine St. Pawtucket. Memorial contributions may be sent to VNA Hospice House, 901 37th St. Vero Beach, FL 32960.
