Ruth A. Record, age 62
Lifelong Tewksbury Resident
TEWKSBURY: Ruth A. Record, age 62, a lifelong resident of Tewksbury, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 13, 2011 at home.
Born in Lowell on August 9, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Miles and Gertrude (Dickson) Record.
Ruth attended Tewksbury schools.
She was employed for several years in the cafeteria at Saint John's Hospital (Saints Medical Center) until her retirement.
Ruth was a member of the Tewksbury United Methodist Church and the Renaissance Club of Lowell.
She enjoyed crafts, reading and watching television.
Ruth is survived by one sister, Ethel L. Lynch of Tewksbury; one brother, Ronald D. Record of Tewksbury; two nieces, three nephews, six great nieces and two great nephews.
She was the sister of the late Luke, Kenneth, Fred and Robert Record and Doris Bamborino and Irene Duguay.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 17, at 11 a.m., at the Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East St., Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 or to the Tewksbury United Methodist Church, 2335 Main St., Tewksbury, MA 01876 are suggested.
