Catherine T. O’Brien ( Adams ) a lifelong resident of Canton, died June 6, 2011 after a long illness. She was 88.
Devoted wife of the late Richard C. O’Brien. Loving mother of Richard T. O’Brien of Westwood, Kathleen Pendergast and her husband Brian of Canton, and Elizabeth Marconi and her fiancee Thomas Stevens of Bourne. Proud grandmother of Jillian, Cynthia, and Lydia O’Brien, Brian, David, and Dan Pendergast, and Christopher and Erin Marconi. Sister of James Adams of Fl., Joseph Adams of Conn, and the late John Adams, May O’Brien, William Adams, Esther Steele, Martha Krueger, and Richard Adams.
Visiting hours from the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St. Canton on Thursday 4-8 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, Washington St. Canton Friday June 10, 2011 at 10:30 AM. Interment Bourne National Cemetery 1:30 PM.
