Anthony T. Nogueira , age 78, of Burlington Passed Monday, February 2nd, at the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, following a lengthy illness. Born in Boston, He was the son of the late Frank and Rose (Scaduto) Nogueira. The beloved husband of the late Patricia (Montemarano). Thought he spent much of his adult life in Burlington, he grew up in Boston’s North End. He was a veteran of WWII and retired as a Bridge Operator for the Commonwealth of MA.
Mr. Nogueira is survived by A. Thomas Nogueira and his wife Anne of Boston, Anthony W. Nogueira and his wife Valerie of Townsend, Toni Ann Natola and her husband Michael F. of Burlington, and the late Frank P. Nogueira. Loving grandfather of Robert, Alex, Gabrielle, Vanessa, Alexa, Anthony, and Nicholas Nogueira. Dear brother of Frank A. Nogueira of Hyde Park, John Nogueira of Roslindale, Rose Paulo of Medford, Augustus Nogueira of Nashua, NH, Emily Inchierca of Billerica, America Balian of Burlington, Theresa Innello of FL, Elaine D'Eramo of Burlington, and the late Joseph H. Nogueira and Mary Polcari.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Margaret Church, 109 Winn St., Burlington, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington.
