Vining, Richard F., 65, -- of Wilmington Vermont, formerly of Medford and Stoneham,passed away June 1, 2011 at his home. Richard was born in Medford, on August 30, 1945 the son of the late Richard M. and Josephine (Terrio) Vining. He graduated from Medford High School, in 1963 and earned an Associate degree from Chamberlain College. Richard was the Director of Marketing for his family business, Vining Disposal Service, and was a member of the Solid Waste Management Association. Richard loved skiing and his pets. He loved his cars and especially loved living in Vermont. Richard is survived by his children, Christopher Doyle of Melrose, and Maureen Doyle, also of Melrose, his brothers, David T. Vining and his wife Jayne of Andover, and Michael P. Vining and his wife Patricia of Stoneham, his first wife Maureen Slater and his second wife Suzanne Vining and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary, Ronald, and Steven Vining. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with the family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday from 4 thru 8 PM and are also invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday ,June 8, at 10 AM in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham. Interment will be private. Funeral services in Vermont will be announced at a later date.
