Sandra J. Foskitt, 52, of Chester, NH, died Wednesday June 1, 2011 in her home. She was born in Derry, NH on May 12, 1959, a daughter of Denis and Helen (O'Donnell) Warner. Sandra had been a resident of Chester for the past 20 years, formerly living in Derry, where she was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy, Class of 1977. She had been employed for Shaw's Supermarkets as a bakery field specialist for 34 years. Sandra enjoyed vacationing and motorcycling with her family.
In addition to her parents of Falmouth, MA; she is survived by her husband, Peter L. Foskitt of Chester; her son, Corey Foskitt of Chester; her daughter, Kristen Foskitt of Derry; two brothers, John Warner of Keene, and Denis Warner; two sisters, Barbara Gaudet of Falmouth, MA, and Debra Brown of Manchester, NH; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held on Thursday, June 2nd from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday at 10:00am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. The burial followed in Great Hill Cemetery, Rt. 121A, Chester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lahey Clinic Center for Oncology at Parkland Medical Center, 6 Tsienneto Road, Derry, NH 03038 to help cancer patients and their families in the Greater Derry area.
