Mildred Joy Frost, age 85, of Clarksville died Saturday May 28, 2011 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born August 29, 1925 in Sturgis, KY, daughter of the late Newman C. Hinton and Beulah English Hinton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Frost,
Survivors include three sons, Stephen Frost, New York; Robert "Mike" Frost (Sandi), Clarksville; and Chuck Frost (Marjie), Clarksville; two sisters, Kathryn McLaughlin, Evansville, IN and Doye Steele, Sturgis, KY; and two grandchildren, Robert Dan Frost and Taylor Joy Frost.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 noon and continue until the hour of the service.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and the family request that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 435 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
