Margaret T. Keating , age 85 of Somerville, passed away Friday, January 30th at the Sancta Maria Nursing Facility Cambridge following a lengthy illness.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late William and Ellen (O´Sullivan) Johnson. Margaret was a Somerville resident for most of her life after marriage but grew up in E. Boston.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Keating. Loving mother of Edward “Mitch” Keating of Wakefield, and Kathleen Keating of Somerville. Dear sister of Martha Gigglio of CA, and the late Catherine, William, and Thomas Johnson.
Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday at 10 followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford Street, Somerville, at 11 . Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
