Obituary

Alice Rosborg, 98, previously a resident of Windham Falls, passed away May 15, 2011. She was born in New York City and married Arthur Rosborg in 1938. They were fortunate to spend 70 years together with their loving family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Edward Bogdan of Groton Long Point; three grandchildren, Leah and her husband Nicholas DeCesare, Elizabeth Bogdan, Michael Bogdan and his wife Molly. She also will be missed by her five great grandchildren, Alessandra, Michael, and Anna DeCesare and Thomas and Andrew Bogdan.

Alice had a tender, warm soul and touched all those who knew her. Life was a blessing to her, and she was thankful each day for the gifts and love it brought her. She is in peace reunited with Arthur.

A memorial service celebrating the lives of both Alice and Arthur will be held at The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic on Monday, May 23rd at 11am.

Donations may be made in her memory to St Judes' Children's Research Hospital (www.st.jude.org), or The Salvation Army, so dear to Alice, or to Southeastern Connecticut Hospice, who gave her such loving care.
