David A. Fortin, age 52, of Natick, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Metro West Medical Center in Natick.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Claire Fortin of Natick; loving sister, Kathy Gage Fortin and Mark Sherman of Athol. He was the father of Jill Wojnowski of Natick and Jacob and Candice Fortin of Oklahoma. Grandfather of Jacob George Fortin III and Jaden Fortin. He is also survived by nephews, Adam Gage and Patrick Murphy; niece, Erin Murphy. David was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Adrienne Fortin and sisters, Debra Thayer and Penny Fortin.
David had a very special bond with his many friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
