Mildred (Johnson) “Babbie” Newell, a 95-year resident of Winchester, passed away on May 8, 2011. Beloved daughter of the late John Winthrop and Florence (Springer) Johnson. Dear sister of the late Frederick E. Johnson and John W. Johnson, Jr. Babbie is also survived by many attentive friends and caregivers. Babbie was a graduate of Winchester High School with the class of 1930 and worked as a dental secretary in Winchester for many years. Funeral Services are private.
