Marjorie M. Paulk, 67, of Ocilla, Georgia died Monday, January 26, 2004, at Irwin County Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 29, at Henderson Chapel Primitive Baptist Church, Irwin County with Elder Edward McIntyre, Elder Jimmy Chapman and Elder Maurice Riner officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00 PM, on Wednesday evening at Paulk Funeral Home, Ocilla.
Miss Paulk was born, March 15, 1936 in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late Jacob T. and Margaret Gray Paulk. She lived in Irwin County all of her life and was a former file clerk. Miss Paulk was a member of Henderson Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. She enjoyed going with her church family to sing at nursing homes.
Survivors include: one sister, Grace P. Gibbs, Ocilla, one brother, T.J. Paulk, Alabama and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Paulk.
