Julie A. Waters, 28, of Salem, NH died Tues., May 3rd at her home.
Born in Methuen, MA she was educated in Salem, NH and Merrimac, MA. She was a self employed house cleaner. Julie was an advocate for animal welfare and often signed petitions and called State Representatives on their behalf and she was a former volunteer for the Salem Animal Rescue League. She enjoyed all kinds of music and loved traveling, the beach and Arlington Pond. She was a kind, hearted soul who enjoyed making people laugh and she cherished her family and friends. Julie was a rock star to those who knew her and she will be dearly missed by anyone who ever met her.
She was predeceased by her grandmother, Geraldine Desrochers and her Aunt Darlene Waters.

A Memorial Service will be held Wed., May 18th at 7:15PM at St. Joseph Church in Salem, NH.
