Col. Kathleen Rowe Agnew, M.D., PHD, age 49 of Clarksville, TN, died Sunday, May 8, 2011 at her home.
Col. Agnew was born November 30, 1961 in Heidelberg, Germany. She served as Chief of Radiology at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Ft. Campbell, KY and subsequently at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Survivors include her parents, James and Erika Jacob Rowe, Radcliff, KY; husband, Michael Agnew, Franklin, TN; son, Benjamin Mark Groom, Clarksville; daughter, Kimberly Susan Groom, Clarksville; stepsons, Christopher and Paul Agnew, both of Franklin, TN; and a brother, James M. Rowe of Salisbury, NC.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Mark H. Rowe.
Services will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m., with Rev. David Forney officiating. Burial will be at North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY at 5 p.m. EST.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of the service.
