Maureen B. (Blake) Zullo, of Natick died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the Metro West Medical Center in Natick.
She was the beloved wife of Dr. Edward A. Zullo.
Born in Canada, she was the daughter of the late James and Maria (Brothers) Blake.
Mrs. Zullo was a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, and was an accomplished vocalist for many years. Her singing career included performances with Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops, the Inaugural Ball of President H.W. Bush, and other political figures. Mrs Zullo also sang for many years at the Annual Lieutenants Ball of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Boston and she was the Choir Director of Sacred Heart Church in South Natick.
In addition to her husband she is survived by four children Loretta, Christine, Edward, Celeste, five grandchildren, Renee, Jennifer, Edward, Marco, Danielle, 3 great-grandchildren Madison, Avery, and Seamus.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, May 7th at 8:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Patrick’s Church at 9:00 A.M.
Burial will follow in St Tarcisius Cemetery Framingham.
Visiting hours are Friday, May 6, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the Funeral Home.
