Lawrence: Mrs. Anna (Mailhot ) French, 109 years, died Monday at the M.I. Nursing and Restorative Center. Born in Lawrence , Mrs French had been an area resident all of her life. She was a retired secretary having been employed at the U.S. Bobbin and Shuttle Co.. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish. She was a member of the Holy Family Society of St. Augustine , the St. Claire League of Catholic Women, the Rainbow Club of St. Theresa;s, SCOTH of St. Augustine’s and the Twilight Senior Citizens of Mt. Carmel. Mr. French enjoyed playing her piano, playing cards and working in her yard.

Several nieces and nephews among whom are Gertrude Routhier of Lawrence and Arelene Hill of Howell , MI.
