Rocco L. Faraci of Middleton formerly of Stoneham passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011 in Topsfield. He was 85 years of age.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Rocco was the loving son of the late Charles and Sarah (Abbate) Faraci. Rocco was a warm and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be sadly missed.
During WWII, Rocco proudly defended our freedom by serving in the United States Navy.
Rocco was the beloved husband of Annina R. (Brienzo) Faraci. He was the devoted father of Nina Faraci of N. Andover, Linda Chase and her husband Geary of Exeter, NH and Charles Faraci of Middleton. He was the cherished grandfather of Maxwell G. Chase of Exeter, NH. Rocco was the dear brother of Tina Infurna and his husband Phil of Lynnfield and Josephine Duffy of Orleans.
A Memorial Mass celebrating Rocco’s Eternal Life will be held on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham.
