ROCKINGHAM: Mr. William Curtis "Skeeter" Brigman Jacobs, 59, died Sunday, May 1, 2011 in his home.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 4, in Richmond County Memorial Park with Rev. James Hinson officiating.
He was born in Richmond County on December 9, 1951 to the late William D. Jacobs, Jr. and Elsie Brigman. He worked in construction as a painter.
He is survived by three daughters, Christy Brigman of Germany, Cindy Brigman and Chere Brigman both of Tampa, FL; seven brothers Jimmy Brigman of Dunwoody, GA, Charles Clontz of Monroe, Danny Jacobs of Rockingham, Marvin Jacobs of Charlotte, William D. Jacobs, III, of Blacksboro, SC, Kenny Jacobs of Aberdeen, Marvin Waldrop of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Jane Stancell of Simpsonville, SC, Shelby Grooms of Hamlet; and 9 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 400 Beeler Ave, Hamlet.
