Corinne A. (Talbot) Nason age 86 of East Bridgewater formerly of Brockton died Saturday April 30, 2011 at St. Joseph Manor after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Ronald Nason, Sr. and Alvin R. Peltier. Corinne was born in Whitman and raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late Frank Talbot and Marion (Gould)(Talbot) Andre. For the past 25 years she had made her home with her daughter Donna in East Bridgewater.
Corinne had been employed as a certified nursing assistant at the Brockton Hospital and West Acres Nursing Home and in her retirement she had worked at Foot Joy Shoe in Brockton.
In her free time, Corinne enjoyed crocheting and reading. She was very family oriented and cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was especially proud of becoming a member of the Catholic Church this past Easter when she received the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation.
She is survived by her four children Michael Peltier and his wife Suzanne of Middleboro; Dana Peltier of Brockton; Donna Darragh and her husband Lee of East Bridgewater and Ronald E. Nason, Jr. and his wife Penny of Lancaster, NH. She leaves 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and was the godmother of Tina Nason and aunt of Ronald Talbot.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday 12 pm to 3 pm with a prayer service at 2:30 pm. Please consider donations in Corinne’s name to The Patient Activity Fund at St. Joseph Manor, 215 Thatcher Street, Brockton, MA 02302.
