SALEM- Georgette Y. (Theriault) Andrews, 78, of Salem, died Thursday morning, February 7, 2002, in the Beverly Hospital following a short illness. She was the wife of the late Warren H. Andrews a well known radio operator known as “Salem Control.”
Born in Salem, she was a lifelong resident of the city and was a member of the Ward II Social Club.
Mrs Andrews is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth W. and Janet R. Andrews of Salem, two grandchildren, Brenda Andrews and Douglas Andrews, both of Salem, two cousins, Theresa Pelletier of Peabody, and one sister-in-law, Mildred Lipsett of Salem.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at 10 am in the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Monday, 4 to 7 pm. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
