Ralph C. Anderson, of Norwell, passed away on April 21, 2011. He was 66 years old.
Raised in Dallas, TX he was one of 11 children. A proud Marine who served from 1962 -1966, Ralph met his wife Sandra Ann (Gianferante) Anderson after his Honorable Discharge from his base in California. They drove cross country and were married for 43 years prior to his passing.
Loving father of Jeffrey Anderson of Norwell, Jessica (Anderson) Sabin of Sandwich, Jeremy Anderson of Freetown and Jarrod Anderson of Pembroke. Proud Father-in-Law of Dawn Anderson of Norwell, Scott Sabin of Sandwich and Lisa (Boardman) Anderson of Freetown. Cherished grandfather of Bianca Anderson, Ryan Anderson, Benjamin Sabin and Shauna Sabin.
Ralph was a police officer in Hanover for 16 years working his way up to Sargent. He loved fishing, watching movies, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 26th from 4-8:00 PM at the Pyne- Keohane Funeral Home on 21 Emerald St in Hingham.
A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Parish at 147 North St in Hingham at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27th.
Internment will be at the Washington Street Cemetery in Norwell.
