Dear brother of Paul Feeney and his wife Joanne of Brockton, Barry Feeney of Norfolk, VA, Betty Rials of Virginia Beach, VA, William Feeney of Anchorage, Alaska, Catherine Sisto of Quincy, Karen Sotomayor and her husband Frank of Plymouth, Donna Ingalls of Virginia Beach, VA, the late Kenneth and Sharon Feeney. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Kevin was employed at the US National Forestry Services of Alaska. Funeral services are private.
