Patricia Ann Early, 72, of Manchester, died April 18, 2011, after a short illness, surrounded by her children. She was born in Manchester, November 11, 1938, to Hubert and Patricia (Keane) Carroll. She received her early education at St. Raphael's school, and was a graduate of Manchester High School West class of 1956. She went on to receive her RN from the Sacred Heart School of Nursing in 1959. Patricia had a forty-five year career in nursing that started in the Sacred Heart Hospital’s maternity ward and continued in the OR until her retirement from Catholic Medical Center in 2001. Following her retirement Pat enjoyed visiting her children and grandchildren around the world. She was a foodie, an avid reader, and since 2005, a dedicated fitness enthusiast. She was a member of the NH Council of Catholic Nurses, and the St. Raphael bereavement committee.
IN HER LIFE: family members include her children: Elizabeth Early of the Netherlands, Eileen Chaisson of TX, Maureen Early of CO, John H. Early of Manchester, Stephen Early of OR; her grandchildren: Emmylou and Shannon Loos and Katee Early; her sister: Maureen McQuaid of Manchester. She was predeceased by her husband John Early in 2005.
A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker St. Manchester.
Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Donald St. Bedford.
