Fleming, William P., of Marshfield, April l8, at the age of 85, beloved husband of Lola J. (Trindall) Fleming and the late Mary Fleming. Dear father of Susan Moran(Frank) of Hanson, Donna Phillips(Clarke) of Marshfield, Janet Dennehy (Jack) of Marshfield, Patricia Briere(Steve)of Marshfield, Maryann Henderson(Harold) of Kingston, Peter Fleming of Marshfield and Patrick Fleming(Jeanine) of Marshfield. Stepfather of Susan, Chad and Matthew. Grandfather of 28 grandchildren and the late grandchild Rhyan, and 34 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 5 sisters and l brother.
Bill was a veteran of the US Navy, WWII. He was a former truck driver for Seymour Ice Cream Co. He was a former Commander of the VFW and a volunteer for Marshfield Community Christmas.
Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St, rte, l39, Marshfield on Friday, April 22 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Blessing in St. Ann by The Church at l0 a.m.
Visiting Hours Thursday from 4 to 8 pm
Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery, Marshfield.
