Manchester– Stephen Paul Kolsky Sr., 71, died at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center on April 14, 2011 after a period of declining health.
He was born on April 24, 1939 to the late Paul and Kathryn (Wolanski) Kolsky of Manchester.
He was a proud member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers Union Local 4 NH.– 3 MA. for 49 years.
He enjoyed watching NASCAR Racing, and spending time outside and with his wife.
Family members include his wife whom he spent 45 years with, Nancy (Hamel) Kolsky of Manchester, one son, Stephen P. Kolsky Jr. of Chichester, one step daughter, Patricia Leighton and son in law Daniel of Bow, one step son Robert Barnard Jr., of Bow, one sister, Jane A. Kolsky of Manchester, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In compliance with Steve’s wishes there are no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held on Monday at 1 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, 765 Brown Ave. Manchester.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the American Heart Association ME, NH, VT Affiliate C/O 2 Wall St. Manchester, NH 03101 or the American Diabetes Association, 249 Canal St., Manchester, NH 03101.
