WEBSTER - Teresa H. (Halko) Kaliszewski, 91, of Webster died Thursday, April 14, 2011 at her home after an illness. Her husband, J. Paul Kaliszewski, died in 1994.
She leaves 2 brothers, Henry Halko of Brookline and Ronald Halko of Amherst; her nieces, Joan Claprood of Charlton and Ellen Yacono of Colchester, CT; and many nieces, nephews, caregivers and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother Alfred and by 4 sisters, Stella, Sophie, Angela and Jennie.
Born and raised in Worcester, the daughter of Alexander and Anna (Kulbacki) Halko, she lived in Webster most of her life. She was a member of Saint Louis Church.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, April 19, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. A calling period will be from 8:15 to 9:15 AM Tuesday, April 19, in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be made to St. Louis School Endowment Fund, 15 Lake St., Webster, MA 01570.
