WORCESTER-Neil J. O’Connor, 40, of Worcester died Saturday, April 9th at home unexpectedly from cardiac arrest. He leaves his parents, John F. and Dolores H. (Beaudin) O’Connor of Worcester. He was predeceased by a brother, Denis J. O’Connor.
He was born in Worcester and graduated from Saint Mary’s High School where he played basketball and baseball. Neil was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church.
The funeral is Friday, April 15th with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant Street. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 551 Pleasant Street, Worcester, MA 01602. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
